The Role

We are hiring a New York-based Event and Project Lead to own the end-to-end management of all FFW live experiences plus project manage partnerships and special projects, such as new course launches or live virtual workshop series, and community/member programming.

This role ensures that every Female Founder World experience, partnership and program is impeccably organized, visually elevated, brand-aligned, and executed to the highest standards, whether it’s the way you communicate with partners and vendors, or the final creative execution on an event day.

You will be reporting directly to the founder and CEO, managing a team of contractors and freelancers, from our editorial contractors to our event producer and graphic designer, to ensure everyone is delivering their project contributions on time and to the highest standard.

This is the operational lead for everything host, from a 50-person dinner to a 1,000-person Summit, and a key person working hand-in-hand with the founder to build the business.

You will be highly organized, an excellent communicator and able to turn vision into flawlessly executed projects. 

You must have experience building large-scale live experiences, virtual content series or member programs, and be confident managing six and seven-figure budgets and remote, fractional teams.

We are a small, high-output team. Everyone here operates at a senior level and takes full ownership of their work.

Immediate start, 6 month contract with a view to extend to a permanent full time position for the right person.
