Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Overseas Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of mold technology and a proven track record of maintaining stable client relationships. This role requires direct engagement with local mold manufacturers and medical design companies to secure orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base in overseas markets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local mold factories and medical design companies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of mold technology and its applications.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or medical industry.
- Established network of clients and contacts in relevant sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
