What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve complex billing and insurance inquiries
• Provide answers to billing and insurance questions, including deductibles, co-pays, and claim disputes
• Review financial information and recommend payment options in line with client guidelines
• Manage objections and concerns from consumers effectively
• Document account information accurately and maintain understanding of account requirements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) required
• Prior work experience in a call center and healthcare customer service setting preferred
• Familiarity with medical billing and coding preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and use proper grammar in verbal and written communication
• Reliable and responsible, with effective time management skills in a remote work environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Artiva and Cerner Soarian applications preferred; EPIC knowledge is a plus
• Prior work experience in a medical office or understanding of health insurance is preferred
• Prior supervisory experience is welcomed in this growing company
