We are currently seeking motivated Appointment Setters who are confident communicators, relationship builders, and goal-oriented professionals looking to grow within the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone calls, LinkedIn, email, and text communication
- Connect with prospective clients and introduce company services professionally
- Schedule qualified appointments for licensed financial advisors
- Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with prospects
- Follow up with leads and confirm scheduled meetings
- Maintain CRM records and communication tracking
- Work collaboratively with advisors and leadership to improve outreach campaigns
- Meet weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals
Preferred Experience
- Appointment setting, sales, customer service, or business development experience
- Experience using LinkedIn for networking and outreach
- CRM experience preferred
- Financial services, insurance, tax, or consulting industry exposure is a plus
