About The Opportunity
A well-established U.S.-based manufacturer of excavator conversions and attachments is seeking a Territory Manager to drive international growth. With an existing global presence and strong industry reputation, this role will focus on expanding business across Latin America and Canada.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow international sales Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts Build relationships with dealers, distributors, and end users Provide technical guidance on product applications and solutions Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings Track activity, forecasts, and pipeline within CRM
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of sales experience in construction equipment Strong knowledge of excavators and attachment applications Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Fluent in English and Spanish Comfortable with technical sales and solution-based selling Ability to work independently in a remote territory Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Travel Requirements
Up to 50% travel Primarily international travel across Latin America and Canada Must be located near a major international airport
