We are seeking a strategic, hands-on sales leader to drive regional growth, lead a high-performing team, and expand market presence within an assigned territory.

Requirements
- 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience with 5+ years in sales leadership
- Proven success leading regional teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Strong background in consultative or solution-based selling environments
- Experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Must reside in AZ or ID and be open to regional travel
