What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Process incoming and returned mail, updating client information in relevant systems
- Answer incoming calls and general inquiries, routing requests to appropriate staff
- Maintain office equipment and order supplies for the Client Liaison Unit (CLU)
- Compile monthly workload statistics and weekly metrics for team reporting
- Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking to manage a high volume of calls
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be available to work at least 40 hours per week
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service practices and administrative procedures
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google products
- Ability to interact professionally with personnel and clientele at all levels

- Previous experience in customer service
- Familiarity with state benefits and services
- Skills in time management and organizational tasks
