Role Description
We’re hiring a Support Analyst (2–4 years) to help manage day-to-day support for an enterprise SaaS platform. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and quick issue resolution.
What You’ll do:
- Handle incoming support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot basic API, system, and integration issues
- Escalate complex problems to senior team members
- Monitor system health and report anomalies
- Communicate with customers and provide updates
- Maintain documentation and support logs
What You Bring:
- 2–4 years in technical / SaaS support
- Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Familiarity with SQL or data tools (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
