Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile tune-up & duct cleaning technician who can handle both HVAC system maintenance, as well as the cleaning and upkeep of HVAC duct systems. This role is critical to ensuring our clients enjoy clean, efficient, and well-functioning HVAC systems. You will need a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing top-notch service. Duties:

• Perform thorough cleaning of HVAC duct systems for residential and commercial clients.
• Perform thorough cleaning of dryer vent systems for residential and commercial clients.
• Conduct HVAC maintenance for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the efficient operation of HVAC systems.
• Use specialized equipment to remove dust, debris, and contaminants from ductwork.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain service options, provide recommendations, and address any questions or concerns.
• Complete service reports, work orders, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC service and duct cleaning preferred, but duct cleaning training will be provided if needed.
• HVAC technician license or certification required.
• Some knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration principles, and HVAC industry regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be reliable, trustworthy, ambitious, creative, and motivated.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Good physical condition and ability to work in confined spaces.

Skills:

• Proficiency in HVAC equipment repair and service techniques
• Knowledge of welding techniques for HVAC system installation and repair
• Familiarity with HVAC system design principles
• Ability to operate tools and equipment used in the HVAC industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
