Activity Aide – Adult Day Services

Join a meaningful, hands-on role where care and connection come together. As a Activity Aide, you’ll support individuals in an adult day program by providing personal care and helping lead engaging daily activities that promote dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Position Summary:
Provides personal care and assists with daily activity programming in a supportive adult day setting. Observes and reports changes in client condition, supports meals and hygiene needs, and helps create a safe, engaging, and respectful environment for all clients.
Schedule:
- Full-time or part-time positions available
- Scheduled daytime hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide respectful personal care (hygiene, toileting, transfers, mobility support)
- Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior
- Assist with meals, snacks, and light cleanup
- Support and help lead daily activities and engagement programs
- Take vital signs and weights as assigned
- Make reminder calls and help coordinate daily attendance
- Assist with documentation and communication to care team
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- NA certification not required (training provided)
- CPR and First Aid required or willingness to obtain
- Experience with older adults or individuals with disabilities preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Spanish speaking not required, but encouraged

Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and movement
- Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Pay: $15.76 – $17.75 per hour
