What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Schedule complex treatments with attention to detail and accuracy
• Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication with patients via phone
• Obtain and verify necessary demographic and insurance information for scheduling
• Manage high call volumes while educating patients on preparation for CTU appointments
• Utilize multiple computer applications and scheduling software to coordinate treatments across UHealth locations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a scheduling or customer service role
• Ability to use complex medical terminology and adhere to scheduling protocols
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and high call volumes
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals

• Experience in a healthcare setting, specifically in patient scheduling or coordination
• Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance verification processes
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and computer applications
