Job Overview
The Vice President, Product Management will serve as a senior executive leader responsible for defining and executing Mirada Life Sciences’ global product strategy, platform roadmap, and innovation agenda.
Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this role will lead all aspects of product management—including platform development, product lifecycle strategy, data-driven innovation, and go-to-market alignment—ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and high-impact solutions across biotech and blockchain ecosystems.
The VP of Product Management will play a critical role in shaping Mirada’s core platforms, translating scientific and technological capabilities into market-leading products, and driving adoption across research institutions, healthcare providers, and ecosystem partners.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in product leadership across biotechnology, healthtech, data platforms, or blockchain-enabled systems, with a proven ability to scale complex, multi-stakeholder platforms in highly regulated and innovation-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Platform Leadership
Lead and oversee Mirada Life Sciences’ global product strategy, aligning platform development with corporate vision and long-term innovation goals.
Define and evolve the product roadmap across biotechnology, data infrastructure, and blockchain-enabled platforms.
Establish Mirada’s product positioning as a leader in decentralized life sciences and secure data ecosystems.
Ensure seamless integration between scientific capabilities, technology architecture, and user experience.
Product Development & Lifecycle Management
Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation and design to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Research, and Compliance teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Implement agile product management frameworks suited to complex, regulated, and research-driven environments.
Drive prioritization, resource allocation, and roadmap execution across multiple product lines.
Innovation, Data & Technology Integration
Translate emerging trends in biotech, genomics, AI, and blockchain into actionable product strategies.
Drive development of data-centric platforms enabling secure data sharing, interoperability, and monetization.
Ensure products meet high standards for data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
Foster innovation through experimentation, partnerships, and emerging technology integration.
Go-To-Market & Product Commercialization
Partner with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales to define go-to-market strategies for product launches.
Develop product value propositions tailored to researchers, healthcare institutions, pharma, and ecosystem partners.
Support pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategies aligned with platform adoption and revenue growth.
Enable client onboarding, product adoption, and long-term engagement through strong product-market fit.
Ecosystem Development & Strategic Partnerships
Collaborate with biotech firms, research institutions, healthcare providers, and Web3 ecosystems to expand product utility.
Structure platform partnerships that enhance data access, network effects, and ecosystem scalability.
Support strategic initiatives including joint ventures, integrations, and platform alliances.
Represent Mirada in product and technology discussions with institutional stakeholders and partners.
Data-Driven Product Performance & Optimization
Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track product adoption, engagement, and impact.
Leverage analytics, user feedback, and data insights to continuously improve product performance.
Drive product-led growth strategies supported by data, experimentation, and iteration.
Align product outcomes with business performance, scientific value, and ecosystem growth.
Leadership & Organizational Development
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global product management organization.
Foster collaboration across product, engineering, science, compliance, and commercial teams.
Develop product leadership capabilities, talent pipelines, and succession planning.
Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and mission-driven execution.
Qualifications
20+ years of progressive experience in product management, platform development, or technology leadership within biotechnology, healthtech, data platforms, or blockchain ecosystems.
Proven success in building and scaling complex, multi-sided platforms or data-driven products.
Strong understanding of life sciences, bioinformatics, healthcare data, or decentralized technologies.
Experience working in regulated environments with knowledge of data privacy and compliance frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with executive leadership, technical teams, and institutional stakeholders.
Exceptional strategic thinking, product vision, and execution capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or equivalent) preferred.
