Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Home Care Administrative Assistant. The role includes managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating communication through phone and email, and supporting executive staff. Responsibilities involve handling clerical work, maintaining records and schedules, and providing exceptional assistance to ensure the smooth running of office operations. Candidates will be expected to uphold professionalism while contributing to a collaborative and compassionate work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
• Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
• Demonstrated experience with Clerical Skills, including maintaining records and organizing schedules
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administrative support are a bonus
