2. About the Opportunity:
The Customer Care Representative I role is designed to contribute to the organization”s customer experience by managing routine service interactions effectively across various communication platforms. This position plays a key role in ensuring consistent and reliable customer support, impacting overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
3. Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels including voice, mail, email, chat, and AI-related inquiries.
• Manage routine complexity issues with consistency and professionalism.
• Participate in a structured training program conducted onsite.
• Work remotely following a scheduled 8-hour shift, either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday within designated hours.
4. Requirements:
• Ability to attend onsite training at the specified Tampa, FL location.
• Availability to work the assigned remote shift schedule.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Pay range starting at $17.20 per hour.
• Salary offers depend on skills, training, experience, education, certifications, market, and organizational factors.
• Eligibility for annual performance bonus compensation.
