What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers via phone and chat, assisting with prescription inquiries and troubleshooting mail-order issues
• Deliver outstanding customer support through clear and effective communication
• Guide patients and healthcare providers through basic issue resolution procedures
• Track interactions for first-call resolution and escalate unresolved issues as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and improve support processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle challenging customer interactions calmly and effectively

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in a healthcare-related role is a plus
• Startup experience is considered beneficial
• Familiarity with CRM and online support tools
