What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide administrative support to the leadership team, managing operational activities and event coordination
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information
• Communicate effectively with internal and external constituents, drafting and editing correspondence
• Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making processes
• Assist in coordinating projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school education with three to five years of related work experience
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and desktop publishing software
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and professionalism

• Previous experience in an academic setting
• Proven experience as an office assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar role
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Teams
