As Generative AI continues to reshape the global economy, we are expanding our leadership team. We are seeking a visionary, high-octane Sales Leader to drive revenue growth, forge strategic enterprise partnerships, and spearhead our market expansion in the AI and Data space.
The Role
As the Sales Leader for AI, Data & Digital Transformation, you will be the chief architect of our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You will own the entire sales lifecycle for our cutting-edge portfolio—ranging from legacy data modernization to advanced Generative AI implementation.
You aren’t just selling services; you are a trusted advisor selling business outcomes to C-suite executives (CEOs, CIOs, CDOs, CTOs) at Fortune 500 and Enterprise-level companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, expanding our footprint in net-new accounts and maximizing growth within existing enterprise portfolios.
- Strategic GTM Execution: Define and execute the sales strategy for our Data, Analytics, Digital Transformation, and GenAI offerings.
- C-Suite Relationship Management: Build deep, consultative relationships with enterprise technology leaders to understand their pain points and position our AI/Data solutions as the answer.
- Deal Architecture: Lead the strategy for large, complex deals, collaborating with solution architects, delivery teams, and legal to structure high-value, multi-year engagements.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Inspire, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of account executives and business development managers.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve on GenAI trends, cloud ecosystem shifts (AWS, Azure, GCP), and competitor movements to continuously refine our value proposition.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is a blend of a tech-savvy visionary and a relentless deal closer.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years of enterprise software or technology services sales experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership/quota-carrying role specifically focused on Data, Analytics, AI, or Digital Transformation.
- AI Fluency: A strong conceptual understanding of the modern AI landscape, including LLMs, Generative AI frameworks, vector databases, and data engineering pipelines. (You don’t need to code, but you must be able to hold your own with a CTO).
- Proven Track Record: A documented history of closing $5M+ ARR deals and consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Network: An active, robust network of enterprise C-level contacts.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills—the ability to turn complex technical capabilities into a compelling business ROI narrative.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep partnership experience with major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) or data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks).
- MBA or an advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
