About Your Role
The Commercial Lending Sales Development rotational program provides exposure across the sales organization and contributes to developing versatile leaders through hands-on experience in key operational and revenue functions. This program provides a strong entry point into the commercial banking industry and exposure to financial services sales skills and insights into strategies and skills to drive value added revenue. The role is an opportunity to learn about all aspects of the customer sales life cycle before identifying an area in which you may be interested in developing your career. Upon successful completion of the Sales Development Program, participants will be placed in a permanent full-time role within the sales organization. Commercial lending entails lending to companies (“C&I” — Commercial and Industrial lending and/or Commercial Real Estate Lending (“CRE”).
