Installer Assistant Full Time NEW

Countertops By Design is a locally owned Granite and Quartz countertop fabrication and installation company. We have 4 teams that install countertops in residential and commercial businesses daily. This position involves assisting on installs at various locations working under the guidance and direction of an experienced installer. No overnight travel is required but the days assignment at times involve overtime which cannot be pre-planned. Start is 7:30 but end of day time varies. Customer service, appearance, physical strength and attention to detail are key aspects of this role. Pay is based on experience and raises given as skills increase. Advancement to a Lead Installer position is a potential if work performance indicates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
