Cursor Developer Full Time

Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a passionate and innovative Cursor Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Cursor Developer, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

• Design, develop, refactor, and optimize production-grade codebases using Cursor IDE
• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation processes
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Perform AI-driven code reviews, debugging, and generate test cases to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Collaborate effectively with product owners, architects, and DevOps teams to deliver innovative solutions

What’s Needed?

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or C#
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
• Hands-on experience using Cursor IDE for code generation, refactoring, multi-file reasoning, and documentation generation
• Strong prompt engineering skills for software development workflows and experience working with large language models (LLMs)
• Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
