Your daily focus will be to conduct all jobs in a safe, efficient, and professional manner while actively mentoring your team, enhancing customer satisfaction, and boosting company profits.You will be the boots-on-the-ground leader providing project coordination, planning, compliance, and reporting.

At BHI, we offer a highly competitive wage of $45.00/hr with a steady 5x10s schedule , giving you consistent, rewarding overtime.

Qualifications

Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Proficient with RFIs, Change Orders, and site compliance documentation.

A proactive, positive attitude backed by a commitment to 100% safety compliance.
