Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer with strong experience in Spring Boot and AWS cloud technologies to join our team onsite in Delaware. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications and cloud-native solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java development
• Hands-on expertise with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
• Experience with AWS cloud services
• Knowledge of REST APIs and web services
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architecture
• Exposure to Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Knowledge of security best practices and authentication mechanisms
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Splunk, or ELK
• Prior experience in enterprise or financial domain projects is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java Spring Boot applications
• Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Participate in application design, code reviews, and technical discussions
• Troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues
• Implement best coding practices, security standards, and performance optimizations
• Support CI/CD implementation and automated deployment processes
• Work closely with QA and DevOps teams for seamless delivery
• Prepare technical documentation and provide production support when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Java development
• Proven experience with Spring Boot and AWS services
