Job Description: Join a 120-person team that is rebuilding how patients and providers connect with specialty-specific AI agents. Since launching in 2023 this company has handled over 145M patient interactions, cut average hold times from 11 minutes to 1 minute, achieved 98% plus resolution rates across thousands of providers, and hit 15x revenue growth since Q4 2024. They just closed a $76M Series B led by Lightspeed, First Round, and Felicis and have over 100 events planned this year. As their first in-house Senior Field Marketing Manager you will own regional programs, executive dinners, roadshows, and sales collaboration from scratch. There is an existing foundation from a contractor. You are building the real thing.

What you will do:

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of regional field marketing programs including executive dinners, customer events, roadshows, and specialty-specific activations that generate measurable sales pipeline, building the in-house function from the ground up alongside a newly hired Head of Events and Field Marketing
• Serve as the bridge between marketing and sales, managing pre-event bookings, post-event follow-ups, and a continuous feedback loop with sales to track pipeline attribution, conversion rates, and ROI across every program
• Build the field marketing playbook from scratch including event master checklists, invite strategy templates, onsite runbooks, and post-event SOPs, then scale the highest-converting formats into a repeatable regional engine across priority markets

The ideal candidate:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in field marketing at B2B SaaS companies, with direct experience owning 0 to 1 field marketing at a high-growth startup from Series A through C, and ideally some exposure to healthcare providers or health systems as a buyer
• Strong direct sales collaboration experience including pre and post-event follow-up, pipeline reporting, and creating feedback loops that keep both sides accountable for measurable revenue outcomes, with a demonstrated track record of building field marketing processes from scratch rather than inheriting a mature playbook
• Based in SF or NYC and able to commit to 3 days in-office per week, willing to travel frequently for regional events and conferences, and genuinely energized by the complexity of building a function rather than managing one that already exists
