Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Showroom professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions across various sales channels. The position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and a strong understanding of product offerings to maximize sales potential.

Hours Monday-Friday 8:30-5.

Saturday rotations will start soon 9-3 (will be compensated for 8 hours of work) when Saturday is required you will receive Sunday & Monday off.

Hourly pay no commission

Duties

• Engage with customers in showroom to promote products and services
• Filling in for the receptionist when needed or other departments
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Assist customers with product selection, upselling, and cross-selling to enhance sales volume
• fulfilling orders daily
• Managing pick up orders or incoming services
• Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Support outside sales representatives with any emails or tasks needed
• Collaborate with the team daily
• Processing credit card transactions daily
• Preparing quotes for clients
• Organizing showroom samples books to make sure they are updated
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally

Skills

• Experience in sales, retail sales, or inside sales environments
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of reading tape measure and fractions
• Ability to sell products effectively
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Basic math skills necessary for retail math calculations and pricing strategies
• Customer service orientation with the ability to build long-term client relationships
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Excel / Microsoft Office, Google
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Experience with multi-line phone systems
• Experience in clerical work
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
