Senior Accounting Manager – Real Estate Full Time

We’re partnering with a well-established and highly stable real estate firm to add a Senior Accounting Manager to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys overseeing complex portfolios across development and property management, while working in a collaborative, well-supported environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee accounting for a portfolio of commercial real estate assets, including properties in various stages of development and operations
• Review financials prepared by third-party property managers, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Partner with development and asset management teams on budgeting, forecasting, and project tracking
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decisions
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

What we’re looking for:

• 6–10+ years of accounting experience, ideally within real estate (commercial, development, or property management)
• Strong understanding of real estate accounting and financial reporting
• Experience reviewing third-party property management financials is a plus
• CPA or CPA-track preferred
• Detail-oriented with the ability to operate at both a high level and in the weeds when needed
