We’re seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to create and own our entire new-business function—from positioning and outbound strategy to closing high-value enterprise engagements.
About Snack Bar: Snack Bar is the visual design studio behind the world’s most downloaded apps. Based in Santa Rosa, CA, we partner with growth and product teams at enterprise tech and consumer brands—delivering ASO creative, in-app product design, growth marketing assets, and multi-market localization at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Build our new-business function from zero (tools, CRM, processes, outbound)
- Drive net-new enterprise client acquisition in tech and consumer brands
- Own the full sales cycle: origination → negotiation → close
- Expand anchor accounts by identifying new budget owners and program managers
- Set and track KPIs for pipeline, conversion, and revenue
- Attend industry events and conferences
Required Experience
- 10+ years in enterprise/B2B agency BD (creative, design, marketing, or production)
- Existing network of enterprise creative and marketing buyers
- Proven sourcing-to-close track record at $50K–$500K+ engagements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Compensation & Benefits
- $300K OTE (67/33 base/commission split)
- Base: $200,000 | Commission: $100,000 at plan, uncapped above $2M
- Fully remote — continental US (Pacific/Mountain timezone preferred)
