**Overview:** We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide high-quality support and care for the elderly in our homes. This rewarding role requires a strong commitment to delivering personalized care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being. **Responsibilities:** – Provide one-on-one support and care to clients in their homes, promoting a safe and comfortable living environment – Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming – Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records – Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client – Manage challenging behaviors through positive reinforcement and behavioral management techniques – Perform heavy lifting and assist with transfers as necessary – Provide social support and engage in recreational activities with clients to promote social skills and enjoyment – Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines – Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care **Skills:** – Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism – Direct support experience – Ability to administer medications and maintain accurate records – Strong patient care and behavior management skills – Ability to lift and transfer clients as needed – Experience with home care and social work – Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality We offer a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a competitive compensation package.
