You’ll work hands-on to develop and refine chemical processing methods, helping convert laboratory findings into scalable pilot operations.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years hydromet / mineral processing / metal recovery experience
- Pilot-scale commissioning and operation experience required
- Leaching and downstream recovery knowledge preferred
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- On-site availability in South Florida
