Job Summary
We’re on the lookout for Part-time Day shift and/or Nights Til (9 PM) and weekends energetic and reliable Restaurant Crew Members with some shift lead experience (which is a plus) – Delivery Driver experience (also a plus) – to join our lively team. *(PAY DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE)*

Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items following established recipes and safety standards to ensure quality and consistency.
• Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling, bussing tables, and kitchen surfaces.
• Assist in managing shift operations by supervising team members, coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely service.
• Support food safety protocols by practicing proper sanitation, food storage, and handling procedures.
• Handle cash register operations accurately while managing sales and performing basic math calculations.

Skills

• Previous experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or the food industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transactions.
• Strong customer service skills with an upbeat attitude and ability to upsell menu items confidently.
• Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy hours smoothly.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a restaurant or café setting.
