The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates.

• Oversee and direct creative assets for catalog layouts, web pages, flyers, and email campaigns.

• Act as a key liaison between Merchandising and Creative for new product selection.

• Drive open and efficient communication on product development and web marketing initiatives.

• Develop new product positioning strategies based on market gaps and customer needs.

• Analyze market research and internal reports to inform product trends and marketing strategies.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development with a strong track record.

• Proven experience in sourcing or selecting new products.

• Experience with catalog production is a significant plus.
