Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). The CCO will drive revenue growth, oversee sales and business strategies, and lead commercial planning activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing business plans, building strategic partnerships, managing budgets, and guiding the account management team. This role also involves identifying new market opportunities and contributing to the company’s overall strategic direction while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to identify opportunities and drive organizational growth
• Proven experience in Sales and Account Management, building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Proficiency with Budgeting and financial planning to optimize resources and achieve revenue targets
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and negotiation skills
• Ability to foster collaborative relationships across diverse teams and regions
• Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related sectors is highly advantageous
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience working in international markets is a significant plus
