Vice President of Sales & Business Development

Role Summary
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Sales & Business Development to lead our expansion into high-growth technology sectors. As a key member of the overseas sales team, you will drive the company’s revenue growth by identifying and securing new opportunities within the IoT, AIoT, and Medical markets.
In this role, you will not only lead the sales function but also define the strategic roadmap for business development, positioning our manufacturing capabilities as the preferred choice for innovative OEMs and tech disruptors. You will bridge the gap between complex engineering solutions and market demands, fostering long-term partnerships that fuel sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
● Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy specifically designed to penetrate and
expand market share in the IoT, AIoT, and Medical device sectors.
● Translate corporate objectives into actionable business development plans, identifying high-value
verticals and emerging trends in smart manufacturing.
● Collaborate with Engineering and R&D teams to align our ODM capabilities with the evolving
technical needs of Medical and AIoT clients.
Revenue Generation & Forecasting
● Take ownership of the P&L for the sales department, setting ambitious yet achievable quarterly
and annual sales targets.
● Provide accurate revenue forecasts and pipeline visibility to the executive team to ensure proper
resource allocation and production planning.
● Drive revenue growth through a mix of new client acquisition (“hunting”) and organic growth within existing key accounts (“farming”).
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience
● 10+ years of progressive experience in senior sales or business development roles, specifically
within the EMS, ODM, or Contract Manufacturing industry.
● Proven track record of closing high-value contracts and managing long sales cycles in complex
B2B environments.
● Demonstrable experience selling into Medical (MedTech), IoT, or AIoT markets is highly preferred.
Education
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. (MBA or
technical Master’s degree is a plus).
Skills & Competencies
● Must be a self-starter with exceptional time management skills.
● Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills suitable for engaging with C-level
executives.
● Strong ability to analyze sales data, financial metrics, and market research to drive decision-
making.
● Ability to understand and articulate complex electronics manufacturing processes and engineering concepts.
