About The Role

The Data Entry Specialist, MI Business Operations, is an integral member of the FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation Medical Informatics (MI) team. This role is primarily responsible for accurately entering, validating, and maintaining data related to customer support contracts and associated assets within enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM platforms. The position ensures that all contract and asset information is correctly linked, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies to support billing, reporting, and service delivery processes. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, a solid understanding of contract and asset hierarchies, and effective coordination with operations, finance, and service teams. Reporting directly to the Manager of MI Operations, the Data Entry Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining data integrity and supporting continuous process improvements within the organization.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in business administration, data management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, contract administration, or asset management, preferably with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems, including SAP and Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of data.
• Understanding of service support agreements, warranties, and renewal processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise data management tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with support contract lifecycle processes, asset management, and configuration databases.
• Basic knowledge of subscription or service revenue recognition terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update customer support contract data within ERP, CRM, or contract management systems accurately and efficiently.
• Establish, link, and maintain customer assets under support contracts, ensuring correct relationships between serial numbers, product IDs, and contract terms.
• Verify contract start and end dates, coverage levels, and entitlements for each asset to ensure data accuracy.
• Perform periodic audits of data to ensure consistency across contracts, service records, and billing systems.
• Process contract renewals, amendments, cancellations, and terminations following established procedures.
• Collaborate with operations teams to resolve discrepancies in asset or contract data promptly.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records in accordance with data governance policies.
• Generate reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators such as contract coverage rates and active asset counts.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving data quality and system integration related to contracts and assets.
• Monitor and respond to email inquiries in shared mailboxes efficiently and professionally.
