About The Role
The Data Entry Specialist, MI Business Operations, is an integral member of the FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation Medical Informatics (MI) team. This role is primarily responsible for accurately entering, validating, and maintaining data related to customer support contracts and associated assets within enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM platforms. The position ensures that all contract and asset information is correctly linked, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies to support billing, reporting, and service delivery processes. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, a solid understanding of contract and asset hierarchies, and effective coordination with operations, finance, and service teams. Reporting directly to the Manager of MI Operations, the Data Entry Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining data integrity and supporting continuous process improvements within the organization.
