Performs entry-level administrative support work. Work involves performing a wide range of administrative and office support work for the department. Employees at this level perform assignments following specific instructions and are subject to frequent review by the immediate supervisor.Essential Duties:Assists by processing travel expense reports.Assists in performing inventory of supplies and office equipment.Assists with file plans and maintains files, records, and logs. Assists in maintaining confidential information and records. Performs preliminary research on assignments and gathers pertinent data.Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.
