This role sits at the center of large-scale supply chain transformation, coordinating complex, multi-project programs that span sourcing, operations, manufacturing, and logistics. You will drive strategic alignment between business priorities and execution, ensuring that interdependent projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Acting as a key integrator across cross-functional teams, you will oversee program structure, sequencing, and governance across the Americas supply chain. The position requires strong analytical thinking and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on program execution. You will also play a critical role in managing risk, change, and operational feasibility across multiple initiatives. Accountabilities

Role

In this role, you will lead end-to-end supply chain program execution and ensure alignment across multiple interdependent projects, stakeholders, and business functions:

• Lead and coordinate the Americas Supply Chain program, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and successful delivery of related projects.
• Define program scope, objectives, budgets, risks, and success criteria in collaboration with supply chain leadership.
• Manage strategic prioritization, sequencing, and execution of supply chain initiatives across sourcing, operations, and materials management.
• Oversee cross-functional project teams, ensuring coordination across manufacturing, logistics, sourcing, and production activities.
• Drive supply chain integration efforts, including production runs, material sourcing, and manufacturing transitions or relocations.
• Monitor program risks, dependencies, and change impacts, implementing mitigation strategies and governance structures.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in program management processes, data-driven decision-making, and operational execution.

Requirements

This role requires extensive supply chain program management experience, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to operate across complex, cross-functional environments:

• Master’s degree (MBA preferred) plus a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in project or program management within supply chain, logistics, sourcing, or manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs across multiple departments and functions.
• Strong background in end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, production, materials planning, and commercialization.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project prioritization, sequencing, and execution alignment with business goals.
• Experience in risk management, change management, and process improvement within complex operational environments.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills supporting supply chain and financial outcomes.
• PMP or Project Management Certification required, along with Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 40% total travel).
