Hiring: SDR / Setter (High-Ticket B2B)

We’re looking for 5 killer SDR/setter with experience in high-ticket B2B sales.

You MUST have:

• Experience with outbound manual outreach + outbound dialing
• Experience handling inbound leads/responses
• Strong follow-up and pipeline management
• Ability to book calls immediately and maintain lead tracking

This role is fast-paced and shift-based (hour-long rotations).

Your core responsibilities:

• Responding to inbound leads
• Email follow-up
• Outbound dialing
• Booking qualified calls directly onto the calendar
• Managing previous leads and follow-ups

Most important qualification:

We care more about RESULTS than resumes.

If you can prove your sets directly generated mid-six figures+ in collected revenue, that’s what we want to see.
