Assistant Manager – Dairy Queen (Chill)
Full-Time | Open Availability Required
Join our Dairy Queen team and take the lead in delivering exceptional guest experiences every shift. We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Assistant General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to motivate a team while maintaining top-tier quality and service.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Supervise, support, and coach team members on performance and standards
- Ensure all food and treats meet Dairy Queen quality and safety standards
- Manage cash handling, accuracy, and shift accountability
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety across all areas
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, prep, and shift planning
- Step in wherever needed—from Chill station to drive-thru—to keep things running seamlessly

- Previous food service or supervisory experience preferred
