Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Literary Manager to oversee the highest level publication of 2 books from Princess Olatorera Majekodunmi-Oniru within the next 10 months. The Literary Manager will rovide dramaturgical advice, review and develop literary works, and conduct research on books and other literary content. Responsibilities include collaborating with writers, curating content, and managing literary projects effectively to align with the organization’s goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Literary Management and knowledge of the literary industry
• Experience and skills in Dramaturgy and Literature
• Knowledge and understanding of Plays and theatrical works
• Strong Research abilities to support content and project development
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Bachelor’s degree in Literature, Theater, Arts, or a related field
• Familiarity with African literary and cultural themes is a plus
