Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services to older adults in home and community settings
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Maintain accurate Medicare-compliant documentation
• Manage your own schedule and caseload effectively

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for clinicians who are comfortable working independently in a home health setting and who are organized, motivated, and patient-focused.

Preferred experience:

• Medicare documentation and billing
• Understanding of 8-minute rule and CPT coding
• Experience managing scheduling and patient caseloads

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to apply
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Current CPR certification

Job Type

Full-time | Part-time | Per Diem opportunities available (Both W2 and 1099 options!)

Work Setting

• Patient homes within community
• Senior facilities such as Assisted Living Facilities and other group home settings
• Home health under Medicare Part B Outpatient
