About The Role

Hercules is seeking a talented senior or staff-level frontend software engineer to join our team and help shape the future of AI software development. In this role, you will be responsible for building and owning user-facing interfaces and experiences across multiple Hercules products. These include our AI Agent, which enables users to create full-stack applications; the App Builder, designed for effortless app development, preview, and deployment; our PWA-based Mobile App experience; and marketing pages that showcase our products, features, and documentation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and refine intuitive and beautiful user interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Qualifications

• Proven experience in frontend development, with strong skills in TypeScript and React
• Solid understanding of system design, architecture, data modeling, and API design
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code within monorepos
• Track record of independently shipping features and delivering value to customers
• Strong design sense with an eye for UX/UI, utilizing cutting-edge frontend innovations
• Experience with containers, Postgres, and Redis is highly desirable
• Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks to enhance workflow efficiency
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain user-facing interfaces for Hercules products, including AI Agent, App Builder, Mobile App, and marketing pages
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences
• Implement innovative UX/UI solutions that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional
• Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness
• Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and incorporate them into product development
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving frontend-related issues promptly
