Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding financial products, policies, accounts, or services
• Assist clients with account updates, billing questions, payment processing, policy servicing, and general troubleshooting
• Provide personalized solutions based on each client’s unique financial needs while maintaining compliance with company and industry standards
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and strong active-listening skills
• Accurately document customer interactions, account activity, and service resolutions using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Educate customers on available products, coverage options, services, or account features when appropriate
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive customer and financial information
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve escalated concerns efficiently and improve overall client experience
• Meet performance, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction goals in a fast-paced environment

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, banking, insurance, or other financial services environments preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Experience handling high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Sales or cross-selling experience is a plus, particularly within financial products or services
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data entry platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to explain complex financial or service-related information in a clear and customer-friendly manner
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong advantage
• Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and commitment to exceptional client service
