FRONT OFFICE ASSOCIATE JOB TITLE: Guest Service Agent REPORTS TO: Front Office Manager/Assistant General Manager. Job Descriptions Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide full guest services; arrange guests travel and entertainment; advise guests of all hotel services, features, and accommodations; handle guests complaints; take guests reservations when reservationist is unavailable, sell guest rooms at rates available using hotels yield management strategy and rate resisters; checking in and checking out guests; route guest telephone calls, take guests messages; account for guests transactions, collect payment for all charges; maintain cash draw; maintain key inventory at all times; process credit cards and direct billing; take whatever action is necessary to maintain the integrity of the hotel and provide services to its clients.
