Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated, humble, and socially intelligent Pest Management Professional to join our team. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate. This role emphasizes both service and sales.

If you want to work hard to make a difference in our community, are coachable, and are able to communicate with different people at a high level, this is a great position for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, treat, and inspect clients’ premises for pests using appropriate preventative methods.
• Follow safety protocols and company standards.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships while promoting services.
• Work independently and efficiently manage a sales/service route.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; will train the right person.
• Must be self-motivated, coachable, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record are necessary.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive annual compensation in the $50,000 – $60,000 range
• Potential to grow earnings into the $70,000s+ with our production and sales bonus program
