Description
Position Summary:
Responsible for maintaining AAM’s high standard of financial services for all associations under management and serving as the department’s technical accounting authority – ensuring association financial reporting is accurate, timely, and prepared in accordance with industry standards. Leads and develops an accounting management team and direct supervision of Controllers, technical training, driving process improvement, standardization, and data-informed operations across the department. Partners with the SVP of Financial Operations on strategic and departmental direction, and supports the Senior Leadership Team, Community Managers, community association boards, community committees, and developer clients on accounting-related projects and concerns.
