Concrete Personnel Full Time

Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and skilled Concrete Personnel to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a variety of concrete-related tasks that contribute to the successful completion of commercial, residential, and renovation projects. Your expertise will help ensure that all concrete work is performed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. • Prepare and set up forms for concrete pouring, including framing, and masonry structures
• Operate concrete mixers, pumps, and other heavy equipment safely and effectively on construction sites
• Install rebar and metal reinforcement to strengthen concrete structures according to schematics and blueprints
• Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools to achieve smooth, level finishes
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for precise execution of tasks
• Perform demolition, restoration, or renovation work involving concrete or related materials
• Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor required for concrete pouring, placement, and finishing tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and using appropriate personal protective equipmentQualifications
• Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on concrete work or related trades
• Mechanical knowledge relevant to construction tools and equipment operation
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions accurately
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus
• Skilled in rebar installation, form setting, concrete finishing, and use of hand tools and power tools
• Knowledge of masonry,
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting regularly
• Valid commercial driver’s license preferred for site transportation needs
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards

Pay: $26.05 – $31.37 per hour
