Job Description

US Bank’s Payments: Merchant and Institutional is a major division dedicated to serving corporate clients with tailored banking and financial solutions.

PMI works closely with ICG (Institutional Client Group) to deliver integrated solutions.

We are looking to hire a Project Manager/Executive Assistant supporting our healthcare and technology organizations. In this role, the candidate will lead strategic projects that may be general or systems related in nature. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs.

Additionally, the candidate for this role will support group heads in our PMI Sales organizations with administrative expertise

Key responsibilities would include:

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Advanced knowledge of project management
• Delivery of high level, professional, administrative services and expertise that requires in-depth knowledge of the assigned functional area.
• Analyzes, interprets and actions inquiries from customers and/or internal clients regarding policies and procedures applicable to the assigned area. Manages workflow and ensures that service expectations are met.
• Compiles reports for management.
• Responsible for diary, travel and expense management.
• Creation of decks and presentations
• Managing and coordinating administrative activities for the team and maintaining team files and information

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $86,530.00 – $101,800.00
