Everlast Structures is seeking a hardworking and motivated Experienced Post Frame Crew Member to join our construction team. 5 years of Post Frame experience is required! If you enjoy working with your hands, being outdoors, and learning new skills, this is a great opportunity to grow within or company

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a construction crew on post-frame building projects
• Oversee framing, siding, roofing, and all phases of general construction
• Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
• Train, mentor, and support crew members while promoting teamwork and efficiency
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times
• Read and interpret construction plans and ensure work is completed according to specifications
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers as needed
• Operate equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently
• Monitor material usage and assist with job site logistics and planning
• Ensure all work is completed to Everlast Structures’ quality standards and customer expectations

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of post-frame construction experience or a strong background in framing and crew leadership
• Strong work ethic, dependable, and motivated to lead by example
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions year-round
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to read plans, solve problems, and keep projects moving efficiently
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Clean criminal record preferred
• Family-oriented individual with strong morals, values, and integrity
