Roofing Technician Full Time NEW

Schedule: M-Thursday 10 hour shifts. Fridays are optional or reserved in case of weather delays

We’re looking for experienced Roofing Technicians who take pride in their work, enjoy solving problems, and want to be part of a team that values quality, safety, and professionalism.

In this role, you’ll work on commercial, industrial, and office buildings performing leak investigations, preventative maintenance, and roof repairs across a variety of low-slope roofing systems. If you like hands-on work, figuring things out, and building trust with customers, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do

• Investigate and repair roof leaks quickly and effectively
• Perform maintenance and repair work on low-slope commercial roofing systems
• Work safely and efficiently on commercial job sites
• Keep tools, equipment, and materials organized and ready to go
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site
• Identify issues proactively and recommend solutions
• Continue learning new techniques, products, and systems

What We’re Looking For

• Commercial roofing experience required
• Strong knowledge of leak investigations and repair techniques
• Experience working with low-slope commercial roofing systems
• Reliable, organized, and safety-focused
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license (required)
