Pouch Machine Assistant

We are hiring a Pouch Machine Assistant to help support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role with opportunities for growth and advancement into machine operation positions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with setup and operation of pouch production machines
• Monitor product quality during production runs
• Follow work orders, safety procedures, and production guidelines
• Package finished products and prepare boxes, pallets, and labels
• Perform quality checks and basic data entry
• Change material rolls and remove waste/trim
• Clean and maintain equipment between production runs
• Report equipment, quality, or safety concerns to supervisors
• Support other production areas as needed

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work around machinery
• Flexible with schedule and willing to learn multiple production areas

Hours:
3pm – 11:30pm

Pay:
$20.00-$22.00/hr plus $1.50 shift differential
