Senior Software Engineer | AI Platforms | Investment Tech

A leading global investment firm is expanding its central AI organization and looking for an Senior Software Engineer to help build next‑generation AI applications, agentic workflows, and internal platforms used across the enterprise. This team serves as the firm’s AI innovation hub, developing a company‑wide Generative AI platform, introducing agent frameworks, and partnering with business groups to deliver high‑impact AI solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Build AI‑powered tools with data scientists, engineers, and investment teams
• Rapidly prototype new ideas using AI‑assisted development
• Develop system prompts, agent workflows, and LLM‑integrated features
• Implement guardrails, evaluations, and validation layers for agentic systems
• Apply “AI‑first” engineering principles to solve complex architectural challenges

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5+ years of engineering experience with a portfolio of creative AI projects
• Strong Python for backend/AI + TypeScript/React for frontend
• Comfort using AI coding assistants and LLMs in daily workflow
• Curiosity around agent frameworks (Copilot Studio, LangGraph, etc.)
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and cloud fundamentals (AWS/Azure)
